Dear Celeste,

It was a real pleasure to meet you bright and early on Saturday after exchanging mails for who knows how many months…

The 5 of us enjoyed the flight, the flying dexterity of our pilot Rijan (not sure of the spelling – ZS-HAK) and his ability to serve as a tourist guide as well.

Being an Admin Lady myself, I appreciate greatly your admin capabilities which are a “behind the scene MUST”; without you, all the pieces of the puzzles wouldn’t fall into place.

The ground staff intervention was appreciated: their dedication and concern for the people on board. My getting out of the basket was somewhat epic; it would have easily become a hazard if one of them didn’t take action to help me out safely ☺

In short, I am ready to organise a repeat when my son and his kids will be on holiday in South Africa – God knows when!

Peter and I would like to express our thanks to all concerned who made his 50th birthday so special. We were so afraid the balloon flight wouldn't take place as it had rained all night where we were staying. Adam made the flight so interesting and my whole family thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

To Adam and the crew. A huge big thanks for a truly memorable experience. The balloon flight was breathtaking and viewing the game from a 'winged' position was a great privilege. I would have been happy drifting for hours more. I had the impression of being suspended between heaven and earth with the vast panorama unfolding beneath me. Thank you for your insights and care. The game drive was super. The breakfast venue was great. I have not stopped telling people what a special time we had.
